Thank you to our survey participants!

Thank you to everyone who participated in the alumni survey we conducted in fall 2009. We highly value your feedback as we strive for excellence and effectiveness in addressing the needs of all our alumni.

Results showed that the majority of the survey participants like to receive information from the alumni office, either through DU Review magazine, the monthly alumni e-newsletter, or a combination of both. However, we understand that we need to do a better job overall of communicating the events and programs we offer.
We also heard that we need to bring our programming closer to where you live, and offer programs and events that are not “one size fits all.” Finally, benefits that are valuable to you include life-long learning, brush-up classes, and discounts in retail, hotel, and travel.

Over the next few months, Alumni Relations staff will be working to upgrade our programs to reflect what you want. As new or revised programs become available regionally, we will communicate those to you.

Meijer gift card winners
Finally, we want to acknowledge the lucky alumni who received $100 Meijer gift cards for participating in the survey. The five alumni who were chosen randomly are: Lenora Webster, Lakena Marotta, Mark West, Lisa S. Greenwood, and Russel Bartels. Congratulations!
