His extensive experience in business leadership and development of entrepreneurial programs will be a great asset for Davenport University.

Dr. Bowers holds his Doctorate of Philosophy in Business Administration from Texas A&M University, a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from Southern Illinois University, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and Political Science from Florida State University.

The University’s deepest appreciation goes to Dr. Irene Bembenista, who has ably served as Interim Dean for the College of Business even as she assumed new responsibilities as the Vice Provost for Curriculum Assessment and Graduate Studies.

Please provide a warm welcome to Dr. Bowers when he joins the Davenport University community in the New Year!
