Have you ever wanted to tour Paris by bike or hear Big Ben in London? Would you like to experience the midnight sun while hiking up an Icelandic volcano?

Students and Faculty are invited to join International Perspectives on Wednesday, Sept. 27, from 4-5 p.m. Short presentations will be made that are part-travelogue, part-reflection on the short-term Study Abroad opportunities supported by Davenport University. International Perspectives will be held in the Wilbur & Sharon Lettinga Auditorium in the Sneden Building on the W.A. Lettinga Campus.

EuroBiz 2017, by Marjolijn van der Velde and Todd Terry, will share pictures and experiences from the cultures and companies they explored in the heart of Europe. A short Q&A session for students will be available so that you can begin planning your own steps for Summer 2018.

Iceland 2017, by Chris Hamstra, will review the Land of Fire and Ice. As one of the fastest growing tourist destinations, Iceland has fully recovered from the economic crash through the work of its small businesses and entrepreneurs. Faculty are encouraged to explore their own future opportunities.
