As part of our National Hispanic Heritage Month observance and celebration of civil rights activist César Estrada Chávez, attorney Cirilo Martinez will share his life and career journey that motivates him to lead a push for change. Martinez is a former migrant farm worker who has practiced law for more than 13 years and in over 15 Michigan counties. He is a practicing attorney and nonpartisan candidate for 7th District Court judge.  In Martinez’ words, “All will be treated with civility, respect, dignity and honor. Upholding the integrity of the justice system will be my duty.”
